So with the new LPOP what was the pressure??
Did you raise the rear end to submerge the pickup tube?
You do have some miles on the motor but...
I would not pull the motor Until I resolved that there is a good reason to do so.
Check the things you can in the truck. Often problems are a simple as a stuck releif valve. Unless you just want to rebuild it with all new parts and be done. That's alot of denaro and work. Make the appropriot tests to locate the issue.
