How do these weights look?

I finally had the opportunity to load my trailer with the family in the truck and scale it this weekend.

Front truck axle: 4100
Rear axle: 4600
Trailer (both axles): 7900

I'm told the trailer is 4200lbs empty, I have a 3150lb car in it with associated gear.

Here's what it looks like:

I know that ideally I would unhook the trailer and weigh the truck, but it was 1am when I scaled and I wasn't in the mood I am surprised how well it tows and it only took a trip or two to get the right placement of the car in the trailer.

What do you guys think, am I doing things correctly as far as loading/tongue weight etc?
