New Alarm, Power steps, and Kenwood DNX Nav stereo
So i've had this all on the truck now for about 2 months and feel that i can comment on it now.
The Best top Steps are a no brainer. They work as advertised and look great, which to me means i cant see them at all when doors are closed.
The Viper 5901 Alarm with remote start works really well too. The only problem i've had with this is that if you arm the alarm right after closing the door it sends a fault to the remote saying there is an open door. The cause is the dome light, it stays on for 21 seconds when i close the door and i have no idea how to turn off the auto dimmer feature. If someone can help let me know.
Flipback tonneau cover, this thing is awesome, super easy to install and is water tight. Love it.
And last but not least, i installed a Kenwood DNX 7140. This stereo is awesome. Nav is super easy to use, the phone function works amazing and the best part is it connects to my IPhone via bluetooth for streaming audio. But i would have to say what impressed me the most was the sound quality. I have an 08 King Ranch with the audiophile stereo and this thing with the kenwood sounds amazing. I have total control over mids, highs, and the sub. This thing sounds better with the audiophile speakers and sub than the JL system i installed in my F150.
