Tongue weight we cannot tell until you give us the truck weights without the trailer on it. Otherwise looks very good provided you don't have two 3500 lb axles under it (I cannot tell from the pictures, perhaps others will be able to), the fact it towed well indicates you have tongue weight in the right range at least.

Trailer looks level, weight distribution in place (what weight bars do you have?).

Looks good to me but then that is one man's free opinion (and perhaps overpriced at that, eh?)
