warranty coverage question
Some items are not covered by the extended warranty, ie: wear items, clutches, brakes & other items that are considered wear items. The dealer makes a profit on every part they sell back to Ford or to any other warranty company. Most warrant parts mark-up is at least 30%. If they could replace the pads under warranty they more than likely would since they make a profit on the parts anyway.
