Is the HPOP draining out to where you have to refill it? No smoke means that the injectors are possibly not firring or the there is a problem with the HPOP system. On other possibility is that you have no fuel pressure to the injectors. You can check the fuel pressure on the drivers side of the filter housing. There is a scrader valve that you can put a air pressure guage on and check. I believe that you should have at least 50psi.
