I paid $385 for studs. (R&E Racing on Ebay)
$134.00 a side for head gasket kits (comes with bolts you don't need) Wabash Truck Center
$300 for new oil cooler on ebay.
$200 for new egrcooler on ebay.
$100 for an "EGR Cooler modification kit"
$1100 for machine shop, heads milled, valves cleaned and ground, new guides, new valve seats, etc.
Probably throw in another $100 for miscellaneous gaskets, $60 for anti-freeze, and $150 for coolant filter kit and filters.
I did the work myself...new glowplugs, new belt, new water pump, new hoses, new thermostat, new fuel injector wiring harness, and glow plug wiring harness. The wiring harnesses were damaged, everything else was just preventive while it was all apart. I also cleaned the turbo.
