I finally went ahead and through the 99 F cluster in my 97 van. I have a few questions. The tach works but the frequency of the older 7.3 pcm is higher than the SD pcm. Does anyone know how or where I need to put the 100k resistor? Also I still need to convert my seatbelt light and water in fuel light from pos. to ground.
I am a little new at this type of electrical work and any coaching would help a lot.
