DF....using alittle semantics on DrC are we? In my state of NV. Car insurance is REQUIRED...being (in all fairness/as u said) liability (PL) But, if u finance..collision + fire/theft. Call it anything u want, but here its called..mandatory car insurance with specific penalties for non compliance. But, that's another story. Curious...
Like I said..I like the "shared responsibility concept". Do you like that concept or just NO to anykind of "shared responsibility". Rememering we need to keep this in the NOW..due to the NOW mind set. JMO!
