yeah replace the valve. most dealers are doing the bg service, i think it works pretty good, i always steam clean an intake when i have it off for a repair but that still doesnt always get it all out. But with the induction flush you get the ports in the heads and the valves which also get allot of build up, and it also take care of the exhaust side like the veins in the turbo and inside the egr cooler. bg also has a fuel injector flsuh and oil flush and i think if you do all three which includes an oil change, i think that usually costs close to 1000. but i think at my dealer the intake flush is around 550?
