The high pressure turbo was replaced BUT it didn't fix the problem. I was down to 40 MPH on a hill, 2600 RPM 25 pounds of boost. Sometimes it will shift down to 2800 RPM but the boost drops to 20 Pounds and there is no acceleration it just makes more noise. MPG went down to 5.8 on the lie-o-meter.
On lesser hills it will drop to 45 MPH or so with slightly higher RPM's but the boost stays about the same.
Back to the shop it goes.
