I don't see how B100 can increase fuel mileage when it contains less BTU's.
I'd do some research on whether your truck's fuel o-rings and fuel lines can handle B100. Not expensive or time consuming to replace either.
I have a 2000 and I think my fuel tank is "plastic" lined, and there isn't any visible junk in the fuel tank. So I'm not worried about the solvent affects of B100.
B100 isn't going to do as well in colder climates.
For me, B5-B20 provides all the advantages and none of the disadvantages. Since I already replaced o-rings and fuel lines, I wouldn't have problems running B100 (except B100 is too expensive here).
