NEWBIE considering WMO
Hello all,
I have researched in depth the WMO topic. I was just looking for any final advice from the experts. I have a 96' 7.3 Power Stroke with 175k miles on it. I am going to set up a filtration system that starts at 10 micron and then 3 micron via and electric pump that runs off the battery. I could actually filter it when I picked the stuff up if I wanted. Has anyone had any problems in the 7.3 running WMO? Are there any considerations I need to be thinking about? I was planning on this filtering process then using an 80/20 mix most of the year and 50/50 in the winter. I have a 2 tank truck so when I start out I was going to leave diesel in the one tank if I had any problems. Any advice on the best way to obtain good WMO? Thanks everyone!
