I personally ran B99 in my old 6.0 04' had zero issues with that truck saw about a 1-1.5 mpg decrease in mileage. put probably 20k on it that way.
It is a really cool fuel, has zero nasty smell like petroleum diesel and running the bio it didn't exhale black smoke as bad (had the Banks 6 gun on it) and it smelled like french fries!!!

My boss was running it in his 06 Duramax and he claimed he didn't see a decrease but had to change the fuel filter on it every 8-10k (and they are a pain to change, take off pass front tire, take off inner fender, unplug censer, unscrew, charge filter, prime system....pray that it starts)
