Unhappy Engine Temp. Issue in 04

Hi everyone;

We have a 2004 F350 6.0L. We had the Edge Juice Platinum programmer installed last year because we tow our RV (28ft toyhauler) occasionally. Last year after installation our Engine Temp was always sitting between 185 and 190 degrees, when towing or not towing. This year, well without towing it sometimes hits 202 degrees, and then with towing we've been as high as 224. Our fan kicks in as usual. We took it to the diesel performance shop where they pressure tested the heads etc. We found out the EGR cooler was starting to leak so we had the bypass kit put in. Temp still rises. We have never lost coolant and it always remains the same. The stock gauge on the dash shows the tempature as normal and has never increased. So any suggestions. Oh we had the performance place, replace the Edge modual as we thought it was that...no difference !!! ARGGGGGGGGGH.
