The Fan Clutch engages normally when it starts getting up around 218 or so, other than that. I told hubby to run it in stock mode tomorrow and see if that changes the temps at all. It's driving us both nuts as we are heading out on a roadtrip this Friday hauling our trailer again. We just got back from a trip in which we hauled our Toyhauler up one of the longest hills I've ever driven up and we hit 224. I said to hubby if anything was going to blow it would have on that hill for sure with our trailer...it's a heavy one....and carry's 110 lbs of fresh water. We didn't have the ATV's with us however...probably a good thing.
