224 is still normal. Any kind of programmer is going to add extra heat (more fuel=more power, more power=more heat). I wouldn't worry about it as long as the coolant temp on the dash reads normal and there is no coolant venting from the degas bottle. Sometimes customers watch the PIDs (gauges/monitors/data) on their tuners too closely and think something is wrong because the values change so much (which is normal). Live data is going to be bouncing all over the place depending on how hard the engine is working (towing, driving up a grade, acceleration, outside temperature).
