Yikes !
On a steep grade - 7% for a long time (20 minutes) with a moderate load - the oil temp will hit over 240 degrees - while the coolant may hit 230 - Looks like the oil cooler is toast? - Is there an auxillary one available? Usual variation around town is 7 to 11 degrees, Coolant temps drop& rise faster than Oil temps which I expect to be the case. My EGR has the block option instlled.
