New EGR and MAP sensors brought the boost up to 32 PSI sometimes but it still slows down to 40 on long climbs. New fuel filters no help.

Seems like a computer programming problem as it climbs at low RPM and boost. One hill it slowed to just under 60 at 2200 RPM, pedal to the floor & it didn't shift down. Other long hills it slows to 40 and may or may not shift down but rarely ever goes above 2800 RPM & boost is normally around 25. Just doesn't even try.

I've had a data recorder on it for several trips now & the engineers haven't figured it out.
