No reflection on Bobby, however, I cannot imagine many local dealers like the idea of servicing a vehicle they did not sell. I have run into grumpy dealers/service writers on more than one occasion where I bought at another location. It would take a smart dealer to understand the benefits of providing excellent service even on vehicles they did not sell.
