This happens way too often. I admit that the language in the warranty manual is a little vague, but it is worth making the dealership call Ford - while you are there listening to the call. The intent from Ford was zero deductible. It seems like many (maybe even most) dealerships avoid this topic and take the $100 ........... disappointing.
Basically the manual says you will not be charged! If you are not charged, then how can there be a deductible??
