Yes, but you will need an engine wiring harness and ECU from a V10 pickup. The fuel system parts should transfer over. The Excursions have different ECU programming than the pickups. As an alternative you could have a dealer load a pickup program into the ECU.

Also, you will want to swap the trans too, or at least the torque converter since the TC has a lower stall speed in the diesels.
