I know people who had better success blending VO with bio-d than diesel (less separation). Best thing to do is put a sample of your blend in a clear bottle and observe for separation. If anything falls out of solution, I wouldn't use it. Still, 25% would be max and I would only use that on longer trips - a 5 mile commute to work would be a worst case scenario.
