I am very optimistic on the new 6.7 Powerstroke and here is why.
The New engine is designed and built by FORD for FORD and Ford is looking to win over the weak economy. The engine is a new design from bottom up and to fit in the FORD TRUCK. The Navistar / FORD romance was having problems and we all know that has bad results. Ford wants the truck to be superior to its competitors and with a new engine built by them, it can be.
Look at this video presentation and see the new engine and take it from there. I beleive this is just what Ford needed to do. Ford has built many diesel engines in construction field and they were and are FLAWLESS.
I have owned quite a few and speek from experience with them.
