I want to know what Finaltheorem47 did. I have NEVER gotten better than 21 on HWY 5 between San Francisco and Los Angeles here in Cali. And that is a straight shot. And when pulling a car carrier with my daughters old BMW on it- loaded to the gills -, and the Ex loaded inside and on top, and with 5 people therein, The best I got was 18 from Provo, Ut to the San Francisco peninsula. But 24/28? Never got close. Not even 21/23. Guessing that 21/23 means 21 around town and 23 on the hiway. Similarly with the 24/28figure.
Finaltheorem47, how do you do it?
