I have one question. How come commercial applications that burn a lot of fuel, ie say an 80ft commercial fishing/tow boat, don't use a fuel additive? I know we don't use an additive but we keep our tanks clean, our filters are checked regularly, we haven't had a fuel system related breakdown in 35,000 hrs. We use anywhere from 60000 gal to 100000 gal per season.

I think it is a waste of money except in circumstances where gelling may be an issue to aid in the help of cold starts in sub zero temps..
