All the searching I have done describes CEL's coming on with an intake. I was thinking of just using a drop in filter. Are people still haveing trouble setting off the CEL's with a drop in? If so, what filter were you using?

i have heard of no issues with just a drop in. As far as your 7.3... the filter set up on the 6.0 and the 6.4 is far superior to anything the 7.3 had. That is why i commented on a fairly stock truck, an aftermarket intake is just going to add noise... but what do i know?
