Mine has the same problem, it's going into Ford tomorrow to get the FICM tested and replaced if needed. I have checked everything I can, sounds like the output voltage frome the FICM is what causes this problem. Make sure your batteries are good under load test.
Not sure if you have a block heater on yours, but when I plug mine in overnight I don't have any problems taking off.
