The 5-wire trailer connector is usually
yellow = L stop and turn light
green = R stop and turn light
brown = tail, license and side marker lights
blue = 12 volt hot, used for battery charger or backup lights or whatever.
white = ground
If you mean the blue wire, and you use it for backup lights, then on my '99 it's fuse #4 in the power distribution box plus relay #38 under the hood. For trailer tow battery charge, it's relay #39 under the hood. Relays 38, 39, and 40 are in those little relay boxes outside the power distribution box where some fuses and other relays are located.
But your 2003 is different, so look them up in your Owner's Guide. The trailer tow pkg was standard on your 2003, so you already have all the relays and fuses you need for a 7-wire trailer connector, including the "hot" 12 volt wire. You just need to locate them.

My Sierra Blanca in the sig pic was a great pickup for 11.5 years. I sold it last year. Replacement is a 2012 F-150 EcoBoost SuperCrew Lariat.
