Update:
The trip was AMAZING!
Had a small problem with my truck (broke a clamp on the turbo) on the way out west.
We rode over 3600 miles on our bikes (2004 Victory Touring Cruiser and 2009 Victory Vegas Low). No a single issue with either bike.
We truly enjoyed the American southwest and had the best time ever!
Kingman was a nice place to overnight. The road to Oatman was great riding, and the "wild donkeys" were a nice diversion.
And we did get engaged (at the Cadillac Ranch in Texas).
