I love the part in the video where they say they are listening to the customer.
At the 2004 Diesel Rally we gave their marketing whizes a list and they still haven't hit a couple of them - most noteably rear AC and factory installed remote start.
Raise your hand if they asked you about what they should do for 2011.
Looking at the top ten mods people make would make some sense - maybe they should ship all of them lifted with chips and big exhaust.
