Well I pulled the TCM and checked it's connector with the key on engine off and it has keep alive power as well as regular power. I found the way to test for codes without a tester and ran the test with a trouble light and got the following:
- 23 TPS (I didn't move the FIPL lever during test)
- 26 TOT (truck was not warmed up)
- 91 Trans sol 1 failure
- 92 trans sol 2 failure
- 93 TCC failure
- 94 TCC failure
This all leads me to suspect the connector to the solenoid pack on the pass. side of the truck. When I first got the truck I had issues and removed and cleaned that connector. It turned out to be a ground connector was not hooked up near the battery. I pulled the connector tonight and noticed minor corrosion so I'll get some cleaner tomorrow and see if that helps. Can buy another connector anywhere? What about the one on the trans itself? Is there a separate harness from the TCM to the trans I could/should replace? Could this be a ground issue once again? I rechecked the connector that originally gave me trouble and it's tight and clean.
