I also saw on Horsepower TV that there is no such thing as high flow cats. I have done what you have done to my truck plus a K&N air filter and no more HP. Makes you wonder why a Lightning or a GT 40 has sort of the same engine except internals and the truck engines rev so slow and sound crappy. I have read a programmer helps, but after $500 and no results, I'll spend my money on something else. If you have 20" rims, save your money for tires, they ain't cheap.
