Low voltage to the FICM would likely through a P0611 code and/or low circuit codes for the injectors.
Virtually every sensor on your truck will store a code if it malfunctions (though many of them will not set the check engine light). Using an Autozone code reader is an excerise in futility. Their equipment can only tell you what a check engine light is for. It doesn't read codes that are stored but don't set the light. If you truly have no codes then I doubt it is a sensor.
Have you checked your fuel pressure? If not, I would. There have been many issues with fuel pressure on these trucks and inadequate fuel pressure would certainly affect performance. It will also kill your injectors.
