Mine has been doing the same thing, plus puking coolant out the de-gas bottle. I took it in for warranty repair on Monday and got the news today that yes they will cover it, but one stage at a time. The first problem was a bad FICM and EGR cooler. Funny, they replaced the alternator in January as it took a dump. Thankfully it will all be covered under the extended warranty, but they are thinking the headgaskets may be bad also so they are probably going to be doing that while they are in there. The service writer said that it would be no problem to have the ARP studs used instead and they recommend it when they go this far into the motor.
