Question Oil causing slow start?

I had a no start issue with my truck her Runs but won't start without helpI thought originally it was the fuel system at the lift pump was leaking. I put on a BDP electric fuel system and put new oring on injectors. I am using no pressure switch to turn the pump on as soon as the key is on the pump is on and building 60psi of pressure. Batteries are all fresh with a tender on them so the don't go down. New IPR and ICP from Allied have also been put in. Also a fresh oil change and filter.

When starting the truck it will crank for 30-45 seconds it only fires RIGHT before the "oil pressure" gauge in the truck moves. So shut it off repeat process it is the exact same right before the oil gauge moves it fires. It will start on its own but it takes it that 30-45 seconds which seems TOO long to fire.

Any advice?
