F-250 Harley?
Hi,
I looking seriously at a 2004 F-250 Harley-davidson with a 6.0l. I used to own a 2001 F-350 and a 2003 F-350 both with 7.3L's. I swore I wouldnt own an early 6.0 but this deal seem way to good to pass up. The truck is a one owner and has a few mods that Im concerned about. It has a custom 4 inch stainless steel exhaust and a bull dog 3 position programer that was used for fuel milage. The guy is a realestate agent in dier need of cash and based on what I know about him i know the truck was not beat . The truck only has 57000 miles and looks like he just drove it off the showroom floor. My question is the programmer. Did He hurt the truck by running this programmer? the only thing he towed was a 4000lb boat. I drove it and It is sweet!!! He has never had any fuel injection problems. I crawled under the truck and there is an oil leak. The oil pan and part of the bell housing is damp with oil. It looks like the bell housing oil is only becouse of blow off from the pan. What do you guys think?
