Any advice?

What is the condition of your GP's and GP relay? If you have more than one glow plug out, it could be causing your problem. If the GP relay is bad it certainly could be causing your problem. How old is your starter motor? Is it spinning the engine fast enough to build up pressure? What type of oil are you using?
