I have a Reunel rear bumper with an integrated 2" receiver rated for 6,000 pounds tongue weight and 20,000 pounds pulling weight.
I have pulled 18,000 pounds without issue. But I did use a Reese Dual Cam hitch which you could not do with a pintle hitch.
