Weird Smell

Howdy Folks,
Here's the story. This summer my Engine overheated during a bumper to bumper crawl on the highway. Pulled over as soon as I could, it puked a little and I let it cool down. Problem was the fan did not come on. Took it to Ford, got an oil change and flush and fill with the new improved GOLD priced coolant. Engine runs much better, still gets up in OIL temps on long hills (220 to 230 degrees). No smoke, no fluid losses BUT I detect a burnt oil or exhaust smell after the engine is fully warmed and the heater fan is on. I see no drips, no oil on the exhaust pipes - just the weird smell, kinda like exhaust and tranny oil - but again - no loss of fluids. I have the Bully Dog PMT for guages - set on tow performance - nothing higher. Mileage is 240K KM's, all new injectors last spring.

What to check next? Thanks All.
