Question: Can't decide 4" or 6" lift

I have a 2005 F-350 King Ranch SRW with 3.73 gearing. I am trying to decide between 4" lift and 6" lift. If I go with 4" I will run 35" tires. If a 6" lift I will run 37" tires.

My question is....how much power loss do you actually detect by moving up to 37" tires? How much strain does it put on tranny/engine?

How know this is somewhat subjective.....just trying to decide.

thanks
