How do you tell what injector is bad?
I tried searching for some info on this and didnt find much. If anyone could point me to a thread that explains how to locate the bad injector that would be great. I have heard of a "buzz box"? and a cyl tester? Is that compression tester? LOL I am a gasser mechanic... never played with the diesel until now...
Anyways how can you find the bad injector? and also what are the tell tail signs of a bad injector. Mine ran rough when cold, felt like a miss until warm, then it smoothed up, just less power. Now 4 weeks later, I can hardly get it started, and it misses all the time, but it does get better once warm.
