I just had my 4r100 gone thru by a very dialed local shop and I specified that I was going to use a brake, they ordered some hardened parts and such for that use. The question is, they gave me a sheet stating not to use the brake in D with the overdrive off as the coast clutch is unpressurized in this condition. Does the converter locking take care of this? I was going to try the SP brake and converter control and just curious. Or I was going to have Jody burn me a chip with the brake tune on it as well. Thanks in advance.
