For fellow F-450 owners
So what are your thoughts on the 2011 F-450? Dropping of the Dana 110, dropping the wide front axle, dropping the 19.5s? Me, I think it really stinks. It causes this great truck to loose it's uniqueness. Now you have to look at the little badges to see if it is a 450 or 350. I can tell a current 450 from a 350 from half a mile away. And how can Ford still rate it for 33,000lbs, 14,500lbs GVWR? Will our trucks become collectors items? Sure the new 6.7 may be more powerful, but that is one thing I have never felt my truck lacked. Better mileage would be welcome, but I wonder how much better mileage the new truck will get towing a 20,000lb trailer.
