power programmers that plugin can be programmed back to stock in a couple of minutes , so before taking it back to the dealer you should always put back to stock.
I believe K&N airfilters are the only ones that the company will back you up if the dealer gives you a hard time about having a non-stock filter, but you would have to use a drop-in type and not the entire system.
Tires and wheels, well check the web, so many out there, get a dieseltruck related magazine, subscriptions are dirt cheap nowadays.
