Well My van is a 2003 cluster is from an exscursion no idea what year 99 i think. I ended up getting the seat belt light to work I had 2 differnt feeds on my origan cluster i just swaped feeds. Now if i can where to run a wire for my cruise but not a big worry. on that. It also helped that I had the 3 extra plugs from another van made it so i only had to swap one wire at a time to the new plugs.
