Now that you have a picture posted, I see that you have the nice wheels, I would keep them and just level the front.
Just keep in mind that when towing you might have some positive camber and wear the outside more, plus people will love your headlights
I have mine lifted 6 inches all around, the max for a 2000 4x2, I still eat the tires up when turning sharp, they drag a lot on the outside, but that is lifting to the max and will not be your case.
Not sure about the dealer knowing that you used a programmer , gotta find a dealer nearby that is more mod friendly and ask. Others here might shed more light on the subject, mine is a 2000 so....
