OEM Dana 80 gear sets fo the 80 range from 3.31 to 5.38 but you are correct in that 3.55's are not available for the 80, you have to settle for 3.54's (46-13).
I would think that having a dealer put a 3.54 gear set in a tow boss truck that came with 4.30's as warranty work would be pretty slim, notwithstanding if there would even be 3.54's for the D80 available in Fords system...
