Walmart might have it, but any parts store, if they don't have it order it in.
I use it on all my battery connections. My batteries lasted 7 years/160000km with no corrosion on the post/connectors. The other good thing is that it is environmently friendly. Google fluid film for more info. Just spray anywhere your worried about corrosion.
