Nope that is Sportsmobile West's own 4x4 conversion.
They use a DynaTrac Pro Rock front axle, DyanTrac Hubs (great cuz if they fail they fail locked unlike the Warn's), custom spec ARB Dakar partial military wrap leaf springs and OME Nitro Charger Shocks.
ARB donated a front air locker to this project (which we are really grateful for) and I have seen these rigs do Moab and some other serious trails.
